Call me crazy but the warm weather makes me feel like getting rid of old junk and re-organizing all all my stuff.

I've taken probably about 15 different cooking classes in the last three years and it's surprising to me the number of chefs that recommend Global Knives.

Chefs' opinions on cookware and kitchen essentials vary widely, but Global Knives seem to be the knife of choice for the pros. These knives are made in Japan and known for their control and precision. They're made of heavy stainless steel, but yet they still feel lightweight.

If cooking is not your thing, I wouldn't recommended this brand because it's quite expensive and you wouldn't get enough value from it. I've seen them at John Lewis and Divertimenti in London, but you'll get a much better deal if you buy them in the US.

I love Oliver Bonas and since I had a few minutes to pop into one of their lovely shops today, I thought I might share what I found.

As always, Oliver Bonas has lots of really cute gift ideas and I thought this 7 days a week bubble bath set was really fun. It's certainly makes for a colorful gift and for £7, you can hardly go wrong.
