Molton Brown Travel Set
Posted on 22/07 22:32
I love this little travel set from Molton Brown filled with hair products, body scrub, body soufflé, shower creme cleanser, toner, eye rescue, lipsheer and moisture replenisher. All the bottles are under a 100ml so you CAN pack them in your hand luggage.

I think I'll wait until my next visit to the US to buy it though. $100 vs £75, which is a better deal. Hmm, you do the math.

Inside Out Mobile Beauty

As much as I enjoy going to the spa, sometimes there's something nice about having the spa come to you.
No trains or taxis to catch, no waiting room full of people, no crowded changing rooms. And best of all, when your massage is finished and all you want to do is take a nap...you actually can.
Inside Out Mobile Beauty offers beauty and spa treatments in the comfort of your own home. They offer a complete list of spa services from facials to massages and pedicures to waxing.
I love the idea of a Pamper Party. Invite a bunch of girlfriends offer, get some champagne, a few kinds of canapes, put on some good music and for as little as £25/person, everyone can get a 30 min spa treatment.
Cherry Blossom Bath and Shower Gel

Nothing reminds me more of spring in London than Cherry Blossoms.
I adore this new line of Cherry Blossom products from L'OCCITANE en Provence.
Fresh, light and perfect for spring.

Creme Brulee Souffle Body Creme

I love this stuff! It hydrates dry skin really well but doesn't feel heavy.
Funny that all of the beauty products I buy lately seem to have something to do with food. I think this is my guilt free way of having creme brulee every night.

Selfridges Events
Posted on 18/03 23:43

While I was away, Selfridges FINALLY redesigned their website and I received a couple of e-mails about a few events at Selfridges this week.
Thursday is a big day for Selfridges this week because Trish McEvoy will be teaching a Make-Up Masterclass for Spring 2007. I love Trish McEvoy make-up--really classy stuff and spring colors are always so much fun.
Sessions are at 10:00, 12:30, 15:00 and 17:30.
Tel: 0870 837 7377 to make a booking
In addition to Trish McEvoy, Mischa Barton will also be making an appearance on March 22 from 16:00-17:30. If you buy a pair of Keds Shoes, you can apparently jump the queue. I don't know how popular Mischa is here but I don't think that many Brits have even heard of The OC.

At Home Airbrush Tanning Gun
Posted on 21/02 18:55

Yes, it's true that tanning beds are generally bad for you and so most people who want to maintain a year-round tan have had to result to other measures, but for me personally, this might be going a little too far. But I would be really interested to hear from someone who has actually tried this litte baby.
I think it's a great idea to be able to do this at home, but how the heck would you do it by yourself? I think you would definitely need an assistant or it could all go horribly wrong.
To me, this is a bit like those at home waxing kits. They may sound like a good idea at the time, but in the end, it's just far too painful and much less effective than what you would receive in a salon AND you're left with a whole bunch of products that probably won't use again.

Cowshed Claredon Cross

I think what's unique about Cowshed Claredon Cross is that you can rent out the space for private parties and a spa party complete with champagne would be perfect for a really fun girls' day out.

My Vanity Case

Lately, I've noticed that nearly every girl apart from me seems to be carrying around her own set of oil blotting papers.
The colorful packaging seems to make the idea of carrying around oil blotting papers much more attractive. £7.95

Pure Abundance-Hair Potion
Posted on 29/01 18:33

When it comes out of the bottle, it looks like this powdery green substance but as soon as you touch it, it starts to liquify. The packaging says it changes from a powder to a light lotion, but I don't even think lotion is the right word because it is SO light.
You can dabble it directly onto your hair but you need to be careful or it can start to look greasy quite quickly...at least that is what happens to me. I am NOT one of those people that can getaway with washing my hair every other day because my hair becomes greasy SO easily! If you need to add some volume, this product is worth a shot.

I haven't tried it yet but Spaah-kling Body Butter is designed to give off the aroma of a fine champagne and leave you with a full bodied glow.
