I think I'll wait until my next visit to the US to buy it though. $100 vs £75, which is a better deal. Hmm, you do the math.

I was away last week for work and my e-mail account bursting at the seams.

While I was away, Selfridges FINALLY redesigned their website and I received a couple of e-mails about a few events at Selfridges this week.

Thursday is a big day for Selfridges this week because Trish McEvoy will be teaching a Make-Up Masterclass for Spring 2007. I love Trish McEvoy make-up--really classy stuff and spring colors are always so much fun.

Wow, I am really intrigued by this. Sephora has recently come out with the first and only at home airbrush tanning gun.

Yes, it's true that tanning beds are generally bad for you and so most people who want to maintain a year-round tan have had to result to other measures, but for me personally, this might be going a little too far. But I would be really interested to hear from someone who has actually tried this litte baby.

I think it's a great idea to be able to do this at home, but how the heck would you do it by yourself? I think you would definitely need an assistant or it could all go horribly wrong.

To me, this is a bit like those at home waxing kits. They may sound like a good idea at the time, but in the end, it's just far too painful and much less effective than what you would receive in a salon AND you're left with a whole bunch of products that probably won't use again.

I think I am going to try to squeeze in a last minute appointment for a pedicure at Cowshed Clardeon Cross. I haven't tried out a new pedicure place in awhile and those big comfy pedicure chairs look too good to resist.

I think what's unique about Cowshed Claredon Cross is that you can rent out the space for private parties and a spa party complete with champagne would be perfect for a really fun girls' day out.

Lately, I've noticed that nearly every girl apart from me seems to be carrying around her own set of oil blotting papers.

I really like this five way concealer spectrum. It is a really good for blending and finding the perfect shade--just what I need to cover up under eye circles on Monday mornings. £20.50

I have really fine hair and I am forever trying to add volume to my hair. I recently had my hair cut at one of the new Aveda salons in London and my stylist recommended trying this product, Pure Abundance Hair Potion. It really does add volume to your hair but it is truly the strangest thing.

When it comes out of the bottle, it looks like this powdery green substance but as soon as you touch it, it starts to liquify. The packaging says it changes from a powder to a light lotion, but I don't even think lotion is the right word because it is SO light.

You can dabble it directly onto your hair but you need to be careful or it can start to look greasy quite quickly...at least that is what happens to me. I am NOT one of those people that can getaway with washing my hair every other day because my hair becomes greasy SO easily! If you need to add some volume, this product is worth a shot.
